By Joyce Gentile You need all the help you can get going through all stages of divorce. There are many professionals to consult and you'll need to make the most calculated use of your time and money by finding the best ones for you. When you are eventually in front of them you need to ask the pertinent questions that this book will help you formulate. It has been my experience that none of the attorneys, C.P.A.'s, or financial planners have all the answers and quite often they don't have the same answers! Anna Merrill's book comes with the most total combination of righteous enthusiasm and broadbased knowledge joining the legal and financial world which must join forces during this, the most emotional time of your life...you need help. Divorce Bootcamp is a low cost way to begin to put one foot in front of the other as she presents the big picture with personal examples and then gets very specific with procedures that need to be immediately taken and specific forms that are available for various situations. Not everything will be of relevance to you but the way the book is organized lets you refer to different chapters to cover your specific needs. There is little good news regarding divorce but Bootcamp for Low and Moderate Women is the best source of truth I found.

Filled with great info and easy to understand By Rhonda DIVORCE BOOTCAMP is full of information that will help you navigate through the chaos of divorce proceedings. The best part is that it's written in plain English that anyone can understand. A lot of books written by attorneys and judges are very dry and difficult to read. But not this book. Ms. Merrill speaks directly to the reader and makes it easy to find the information you need. As someone who has worked in the family court system for twenty years, I highly recommend this book. Another Surprise from Ike Hamill By OutlawPoet This is my 2nd Ike Hamill novel and, yet again, he surprised me.I read a ton of horror, and it's very seldom that I don't have at least some inkling of where a story is going. With Hamill, I simply have no clue. I just read on and enjoy the ride. This is a dark and eerie story and yes, it's something you actually haven't seen before.The characterization on this one is excellent. Although there are a lot of characters, they each have very strong voices.The only thing I didn't love was when, some 80% into the story, you are suddenly thrust into the past with a number of chapters that tell you everything that lead up to our story. While I found this awkward, I also admit that I prefer linear storytelling. I might have taken this better had the entire book used such flashbacks, but the sudden grouping of them was jarring for me and removed me from the terrific atmosphere Hamill had built. I should add that I liked the explanation of events - I just wish they had been presented in a different way.That nitpick aside, this is simply excellent storytelling. The book feels somewhat epic and I really felt like I had been transported to this little community where horrific things were happening.A note to the author: I am really not used to being surprised. Keep surprising me and I'll keep reading!

We all make stupid decisions when we are young, and sometimes, those decisions can affect the world around us. Of all of Ike Hamill`s novels, I felt this one had the most Stephen King feel to it, but was still completely original. As with all of his novels, I have never read anything like it. The character development was great, and there were a lot of characters you got to know. You almost feel like you know half of the town by the end of the book.If this is your first Ike Hamill book or just your most recent, you will not be disappointed. It`s difficult to put down.

By Robin Lee I wanted to read something by author, Ike Hamill, who I saw is very popular now......So, I went against the golden rule of "Never Judge A Book By It's Cover".......I, for some strange reason looked at all his covers, have kindle unlimited and saw a blue/green cover with a pentagram on it and said this is the one...I usually read the premise of the book and all peoples' reviews before buying but, didn't this time......I thought by the way the cover looked, I was going to get demons, possession, exorcism and priests........LOL.....But that is definitely not what I got at all.....The story I got was mysterious, absolutely bizarre, funny and very entertaining thriller.....It was at times disgusting, very bloody and gory....It had an amazing, amount of characters that I would have deducted a 1 star had the author not put the family names above each chapter.....I would have gotten lost in the mass confusion.....He also, towards the end of the last three chapters put the time line above so you know when you are going from present to past......The conclusion to the ending was climatic and yes, very accidental as the tiny town comes to terms with what just unbelievably happened......( I will never look at my husbands toy drone the same way ever again....Maybe I can get rid of it without him noticing....LOL)Well, you have a teen boy named Ricky who is a Magician wannabe that possess abilities to levitate objects in the air, plus himself....You have the entire little town of Maine that is under siege by flying mechanical drones that have pincers like bugs and 3 glowing eyes.....They are believe or not, attacking all the towns' folk to suck the fat out of them..LOL.... You have certain towns' people that are the marked ones that seem possessed.....You have about four walking men made of just blood eating people and children whole....OH, I found my pentagram on the floor of a very ritzy, empty summer home where someone tried a ritual with candles by the full moonlight....Now put this all together through out the book and I couldn't come up with any good explanation as to what exactly was going on.....Just like the towns' people who were not infected, scratching their heads, or I mean batting at their heads because of the attacking drone insects....( I consider myself an avid reader and was severely disappointed that I could not figure this novel out.....I always usually can by the middle, at least :)Excellent, pure fun.....I will definitely be looking at this author's other novels in the future.....From kindle unlimited....

From the Author Funny story, this was the first book I published but it wasn't the first book I wrote. I haven't even finish that book till this day I am still working on it and plan to publish it next year. So I was on a journey, growing in spiritual knowledge and excited to be an author. It wasn't a career choice I seen myself doing. However my life turned upside down in a heartbeat. My sons had died and I was living with that new reality and everyone was unable to understand the how I didn't pass out but kept going. Hence I decided to share my story and 'Being Strong' was writing and self publish. It didn't happen over night believe me. I end up writing three other books before finishing this one because the story would just never end. Overtime I made up my mind that whenever it finish it finish lol. Saying that I knew it was going to be the first book I publish. There was no question about it, 'Being Strong is my sons legacy and it keeps them alive.I started off with the outline, then I started to write. I went to school to be more educated in the field while still writing. My teacher motivated me to publish in Ebook first cause it be easier, so that I did. One thing though the dates have to be significant, therefore I published my Ebook on my youngest sons birthday and then when I decided a year and a half later to do the printed version because of the request I got after I did it in Ebook I published it on my oldest son birthday with is two days after my own. Seeing they are death I decided to honor them this way. What I did with the printed version was to add a bonus chapter so my readers could have share in the journey of what been going on since the release of the Ebook version.

This is a marvelous book not just for anyone who has lost a child or knows someone who has but for everyone. As Its helpful on showing people how to lean on God and TRUST him and know he's going to be with you through it all, holding your hand. That you are going to be alright again one day. This mother in the book is what you call a woman of God with strong faith and is what BEING STRONG is all about. It's helpful in understanding that all the emotions you are going through are normal and you don't have to feel bad about them and there is no timetable on grief, as it does not go away, but how to use your grief in a positive way by helping others like how this mother did.

Stanish Andrea Carter is the heroine of a number of books set on a ranch in California in the late 1800's. Author Susan K. Marlowe has created books in various stages of Andrea's life. The early series is called Circle C Beginnings, the next series about a slightly older Andrea is called Circle C Adventures and the series that caps it off is called Circle C Milestones when Andrea is 14.Andrea Carter is part of a large family with a number of older brothers and sisters and I love how close they all are. Some have left to marry and begin their own life but some have stayed on to help work the ranch. These older brothers provide a father figure for Andrea whose dad died when she ws young.Andrea is spunky, and often impetuous but through each adventure, she learns a valuable lesson. About honesty, loyalty, loving your enemies, or the value of not giving up! Andrea Carter's Tales from Circle C Ranch fills in some stories between existing books in the series. Each chapter has a note about where that adventure fits into Andrea's life (before, during, or after another book in the series).The concept of this book is such a great idea! I have often finished a series and am disappointed to say good-bye to a cherished character. This book serves as an encore for the audience. Tales from Circle C Ranch also provides a bit of "taste test" for the series. Each chapter stands alone as an adventure in Andrea's life and would be a great way to introduce a new reader to this wonderful series.I appreciate that Marlowe provides young people with a way to experience Andrea's struggles and benefit from the wisdom and guidance that her mother and older siblings provide. Their home is called Circle C Ranch. It's in Central California. However, another story takes place at Puget Sound in Seattle. Andi Carter has a close relationship with her brothers, Justin, Mitch, Chad and sister, Melinda. The stories are historical adventure stories. In the late Nineteenth Century, people have a very strict way of doing things. Andi's mother scolds her for wearing "britches." In our time, little girls wear pants all the time. However, this was a different time. This is also a time when calling cards are used.Calling calls were used to announce a visit to your home.The Christmas story is my favorite. I had no idea how this story would turn out. Andi and her brothers go up into the Sierra mountains to find a Christmas tree. They get caught in a blizzard. I worried about Andi, Chad and Justin facing the very cold night. I became excited reading a little about panning for gold. The Carter family leaves from San Francisco and heads out to the Gold rush. Another tense situation is when Andi suffers with Amnesia.Lastly, I enjoyed the descriptions of California: The Sierra mountains and the different types of horses: Pinto, Palomino and the Sorrel. There is also love and romance to cap things off. Just when I thought that there were no bad characters Jeffrey shows up and boy, is he a jerk.
