Looking forward to trying the breakfast bars. They provide nutritional information right after each recipe; which I find useful for tracking my macronutrients. You definitely do not have to be Martha Stewart to use this cookbook; as I mentioned their pretty simple, but recipes you probably wouldn't think of on your own; at least I wouldn't.
