Tricks My Dog Taught Me made me laugh, over and over, and in the vulnerability of that laughter Phil managed to tug at my heart and challenge my soul. It's not easy to write a truly humorous book—I've read a lot of them, and the high standards required are simply too much for most. But not so with Tricks My Dog Taught Me—this book will stay with you a long time. It’s a refreshing and truthful companion on a life-journey that can be scary and exhausting.

Whether or not you like dogs, this book is a great reminder of simple and timeless truths that are all too easy to forget in this hectic world we live in.

AND THIS IS HIS BEST BOOK YET. I CRIED AND I LAUGHED OUT LOUD. HE TOLD STORIES OF HIS DOG. MOJO . HOW AT FRIST HE DIDN'T REALLY LIKE DOGS AT LEAST HE SAID, HE DIDN'T LIKE OR LOVE DOGS. BUT IT TRUNED OUT THAT HE REALLY DID LOVE DOGS. MOJO TAUGHT HIM TO NEVER GIVE UP ON THINGS THAT ARE BAD THEY WILL GET BETTER. SHE TAUGHT HIM ABOUT LIFE LOVE AND LOVE OF GOD. SHE ALSO BRIGHTEN PHILS DAYS. WITH LOVE LAUGHER AND JOY. SHE ALSO WON PHIL OVER IN NO TIME. I LOVE THIS BOOK BECAUSE I DEEPLY LOVE DOGS ALSO. READ THIS BOOK IF YOU LOVE DOGS.
