By Sandi Querin It was a pleasant journey that carved a deep path on the road we are walking as Saints. Always relevant and easy to understand. Full of timely revelation and insight. Our church read this and we have been greatly empowered and inspired by it. Some small groups took it on as their reading as well and only good comments and fruit has come. Much appreciation to Keith Carroll for taking the time to write such a book as this in these times where we must find ourselves operating in a Counter Culture fashion or be swallowed up by that which stands, with no shame, against Christ.

Oyler Even though I’ve been a believer since High School (40 years), the insights in Keith’s book have added an even deeper understanding to my relationship with the Lord, my daily faith walk, and the opportunities I have to consciously reflect God’s heart into the lives of everyone around me. I highly recommend The Christ Culture for your personal growth, or a group study! I've highlighted, turned down page corners, etc. and will be referring back to this book repeatedly.

About the Author Patricia Askins lives in beautiful Colorado with her husband. She is a spiritually led and Bible fed seasoned teacher,a certified storyteller, missionary/evangelist,and an adult Sunday School teacher for twenty plus years. She is founder and leader of FOCUS Ministry in Denver. Patricia has used her spiritual gifts in Colorado and other states at women's ministry events, workshops, internet radio, schools, and various churches. She traveled to Haiti months after the devastating earthquake along with other ministers, and nurses. Sewing is only one of her talents, where she loves to design most of the garments that she wears. She is an avid reader of many different genres of books. Her love for writing came as a youngster when she would write poems and short plays where she played several of the characters for her own enjoyment. With several books deep inside of her she believes that this is the time to share them with others. Her walk with the Lord keeps her constantly seeking ways to glorify him. She and her husband have done volunteer ministry work in rehabilitation centers and nursing homes. Her gift of storytelling keeps the audiences engaged as she inspires, motivates, and empowers people to love, and enjoy being who they are. Being an author has allowed her to speak at several schools to all age groups including those in preschool,kindergarten and high school. 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful. a good first draft By jason_widmar This is the 4th Amy cross book I've read. I do really like her ideas and how she writes. This book by far had the most errors than any of her books I've read so far. It feels like a really good first draft and before any one criticizes her for the errors you have to remember that every author's book on the shelf looked like this at one time before an editor raked through it. Ms Cross obviously doesn't have the benifit of an editor or if she does they need to be fired. It's annoying but she's good enough that I'm not completely put off by it. I do recommend her books if your looking for something quick and creepy.

I was on the edge of my seat wondering what the heck was going on, which was so nice because so often stories about creepy towns are predictable, but Cross did a great job with keeping me guessing. This is the third book of hers I've read, and I continue to be impressed, so thanks for the quality entertainment, Amy Cross! Keep up the good work!
