The story line is deep without overwhelming and at a very nice pace. My one drawback is that the sex may be a bit graphic. I am not a prude but leave a bit to the imagination. Other than that well written and highly recommended.
4 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Awesome book By Jesse L. Tillie This was a great story involving a twist on the supernatural that I've never seen before. It was nice to see a main character not be a complete badass but not a loser as well. Can't wait for the next installment.

It lays out a landscape and set of characters that vaguely remind me of the time I tried LSD. There are no traditional decent protagonists or even antagonists. Instead the main character is a drug runner who spends his off time partying, and having rough sex with his vampire girlfriend. There is a nightmarish mix of technology and magic that, at heart, seems like it would find a happy home in a horror novel. I normally don't like explicit sex in my books, but this was as well done as it was kinky.
