Neal D. Presa is past moderator of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and Associate Pastor of Village Community Presbyterian Church in Rancho Santa Fe, California. An active speaker, he has served as the Vice Chair of the General Assembly Council and Chair of the Special Committee on the Heidelberg Catechism.
