I don't have my parents around for me to cook anymore, but the recipes I followed in this book were just like the ones I used to eat from my own mama. definitely recommend, it was easy to follow and worth the price! Some are a little complicated and take some time to prepare and longer cook times. I am looking forward to making a lot of these recipes. This book come closer to the cooking I did in the restaurants. The flavor is so good and it is infused throughout the whole dish. If you were blindfolded it would be hard to tell if you were eating a carrot or a piece of celery. Thank you and enjoy your meal and enjoy your day.
