7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Sweet Christian romance with a bit of suspense thrown in By Sue Reviews This is a solidly written Christian romance. The characters are interesting and I admired the intelligent strong female heroine. There is a it of suspense in this book as she works on a challenging case (she is an attorney). I enjoyed the other characters in the story and appreciated that the book was clean of bad language and sexual situations. I didn't award five stars because quite frankly there were parts that dragged to me. In addition there didn't seem to be that magic spark of attraction between the characters the more the story went on. At first they did seem really drawn to each other but for me that seemed to kind of fizzle out as the story progressed. I did appreciate that the author showed that it is possible to offer forgiveness and move on in a relationship.

Rayhugh This had the potential to be a really good book, but the typos and inconsistencies in character names and words ommitted were a huge distraction to me. A subplot that "drove" the story throughout most of the book is just dropped without further reference. Have all the editors gone on holiday??? This is becoming more and more common in kindle books these days. I know grammar isn't taught in school any more, but typing should be as well as proof-reading.
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Poorly written By Carol Ford I suffered getting through this book but I did finish it. It is poorly written. Conversation is stifled and very forced. It does not flow. The plot is ok but as others have said, things go on that you never find out what happened. The romance is tied in a neat bow but other issues don't. Could be there are more books to come but I won't read them.As others have stated the book is full of typos, added words, missing words etc. Very distracting. I can deal with a few problems but not continually through the whole book on nearly every page.I bought this book with a collection of others that so far have been worth it so I am really not out any money. Just my time because it is a long book. Funny, when I look at the cover of this book it doesn't at all look how I pictured the two main characters. They just don't look like highly professional lawyers to me.
