About the Author Australian-born Robyn Lea moved to Milan, Italy, in her late teenage years to work as a photographer s assistant. Over the last two decades, Lea has cultivated an extraordinary career as an internationally renowned photographer, TV commercial director, and writer. She has worked around the globe for clients such as Peroni, Kodak, Time, Vogue, and Harper s Bazaar, and her work spans the worlds of art, fashion, food, travel, design, and portraiture. Lea also has an extensive exhibition history, with ten solo shows and many group shows worldwide. Today she lives with her family in New York, where she continues writing, photography, and directing film and TV commercials.

I had not known that Pollock was skilled in the kitchen as well as a painter. Found few of the recipes mouthwatering but those of his mother's reminded me of what I had grown up eating. A good read and glad to have it in my collection.

She opened it (comes wrapped in plastic) so I got to see the pictures and recipies. It is truly a beautiful book ... both for people who appreciate Jackson Pollock's work ... and those who love a good cookbook.

My girlfriend loved this because it's unlike most other cook books. The design and artwork inside is quite attractive to look at. We are both art lovers and enjoy cooking at home so it really was a cool book to explore. Honestly, in today's age where anyone can find any recipe online, it still is nice to have something like this on your shelf of coffee table. It's much more interesting than a typical recipe book. And the recipes inside are definitely unique and varied. Can't wait to start cooking.
