0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Nice recipes. By Keto Health Nice recipes ... but unfortunately not necessarily keto. Just be advised and make your own decisions. Some of the recipes are low carb, but some are not unless you're a diabetic still using the grossly damaging and totally-out-of-touch ADA standards ((35.6 grams carbs for beef curry, 40.6 for beef short ribs - that is more carb content than most people on a keto diet can have in a day, much less in one meal). Other recipes fail the keto test because they're high protein, not high fat. High protein is not keto any more than high carb is and especially for a diabetic or an insulin resistant person can be problematic. So if you can eat in this way and maintain health .... enjoy! I hate to write a negative review, and have nothing against the recipes or author, just want to forewarn people not to make assumptions about the content because of the title.
