This will help you control your weight, but for it to really work, and the good effects to last, you would have to follow the principles throughout your life. The main goal of this book , is to help you control your blood pressure. The ones I've tried so far have been easy and tasty and I'm looking forward to trying more. Recommended!

By Nancy Jones I was looking for a diet that can help me lose weight and also lower my blood pressure and some friend told me to read about the dash diet, so I bought this book and it was really helpful, it contains several dash diet recipes for breakfast, side dishes and desserts. It also contains a 7 day dash diet meal plan. I have tried only one of the recipes, the Banana-oatmeal hot cakes with spiced maple syrup and it was really good. I thought it was going to be really hard to make but instead it was easy and tasty. If you want to learn some dash diet recipes this book is perfect for you.

I have been diagnosed with pre-hypertension so I need to cut down on my sugar, salt, and fat intake. A low-fat, low-sodium diet is so hard to maintain especially when I do not know that many recipes which forces me to eat out. Now that I found this book, it has helped me cut down my cholesterol levels because of its easy to follow recipes. I especially love the Roast Glazed Salmon and the Quinoa Risotto. I just mix and match the recipes here so that I will not get bored with it.
