By BlueBird I recently read this book, and we started following the "diet"-I hate that word-but we've really found this to be an easy way to eat healthier, and we're seeing results and feeling great! I just haven't had any better ideas. I found this book, easy, healthy breakfast recipes that I can whip up in the morning or the night before. I've read a ton of diet books, and they all can get monotonous, and a lot are hard to even get through. This is straight forward, and lays everything out in a way that doesn't make you feel like you are about to start depriving yourself. I'll write an update after we've followed the plan longer. I did not weigh myself (I forgot) when I started, but I knew approx how much I weighed, and after 3 weeks, I can tell that my clothes are fitting a lot looser, and all of the hard work I put in working out is paying off! I can finally see my toned muscles starting to show more. I have recommended it to several people who have also had success

By Val This is a great book for learning the rules and for finding recipes that are simple, easy, satisfying and healthy. If you aren’t familiar with the DASH principles the book will give you a very useful crash course. If you already know the rules then you can go straight to the recipes. When I find a book like this, I like to master 1 or 2 recipes at a time. Then I can mix them into my program and have variety as well as fast meals that are healthy and affordable. A very good book for making a real change in your life.

By Jennifer Garner I always end up eating cereal for breakfast which, although sometimes high in fiber, often doesn't have much nutritional value. It's not that I haven't wanted to eat better, healthier foods. I just haven't had any better ideas. So glad I found this book. Tons of easy, healthy breakfast recipes that I can whip up in the morning or the night before.
