I must admit, when I read 'sex-craved zombie virus' I was a little unsure as to whether I really wanted to pick this series up, but I am so glad I did. Bailey Simms has taken the ZA and turned it on its head. From the first page, it grabs you and soon you find yourself at 3 am immersed in the word of Ashley Young. This series is so much more than advertised. It is well written, the dialog flows perfectly, I didn't have to reread pages to figure out what just happened and the suspense level was spot on! While we normally do not associate sex and zombies, she manages to mesh the two nicely and truly create the perfect storm. Kudos to Bailey Simms! I will be watching for more of her work.

The story is well-written, humorous and fascinating. Simms is truly a talented author whose writing reminds me a lot of Chalaine Harris. I can't wait to read the next installment!
