I made the muffins you see on the cover,as part of Easter brunch---there were none left and that should tell you how good they were. I paired them with an omelet from THE EGG AND I, which you can find on AMAZON, and then I added some fruit snacks from Hannie P. Scott's book about Fruit Snacks , also found on AMAZON. Needless to say, there were NO leftovers, and THAT should tell you something too!!!
