I hate when I have to guess what to do amd in which order. The recipes included have very detailed instructions and are very quick to make. If you are in a hurry every morning, quick and easy recipes will be very convenient for you. A new concept well presented with delicious recipes. Great for anyone who wants to try a new concept to meal preparation and presentation. My favorite so far is Roasted Sweet Potato with Quinoa.Downside is, the food ingredients look healthy but there is no nutritional information. There are no pictures to go along with the recipes. Other than that, all good.I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to my friends.

I got this book to get new ideas for meals on the go. I found much more in this cookbook than I expected. There are breakfast recipes like overnight oatmeal, egg and bacon in Mason. There are also parfait recipes, salad recipes and even a burritos in a jar!. The recipes are well written with concise instructions making it easy to prepare each jar. Great book for anyone looking to make delicious Mason jar meals.

Just great recipes that you can throw in a mason jar and take to work, the park, school, anywhere! There are drink recipes, smoothies, soups, salads, and much more! I highly recommend this book! Many plastic containers contain BPA which is a known carcinogen. Glass is free of chemicals so definitely healthier. Pick this Book up! Don't forget to buy some mason jars too!
