I have tried several and they have just been delicious. The idea of the Mediterranean Diet is not really like a diet at all, it is more of a style of eating. People who live in the Mediterranean eat what is available to them, so a lot of fish, lamb, fruits and veggies. I have tried the Lamb Chops with Honey-Balsamic, Chicken with Potatoes, One Pot Orzo Pasta, Tilapia Pockets and the Cheddar Spinach Salad. All were fresh and delicious. I can not wait to try some more.
