By Graciela Sholander Can you tell I'm excited about the vegetarian recipes in this book?But before I cover that, here's a brief overview of what you'll find here:1. Health benefits of clean eating2. How freezing meals saves you time and money (plus other benefits)3. Recipes for preparing and freezing breakfast foods (many are vegetarian recipes that can be made vegan with simple substitutions)4. Main dish recipes (not veg but again, can be made plant-based with substitutions and omissions)5. My favorite section, Vegetarian Dishes! (All can be veganized.)In the vegetarian chapter you'll find delicious recipes like Tomato & Mozzarella Pasta Casserole, White Bean Vegetable Soup, and Vegan Kale & Quinoa Minestrone.All in all a nice collection of freezer meal recipes for everyone. Many are plant-based, and many can be made so with easy, minor modifications.

Antonia Amorsolo I really enjoyed the simplicity yet effectiveness of the ideas in this book. I have always thought that all ready meals are unhealthy and not as appetizing. Anything that will save me time in terms of cooking gets me excited. I've recently gotten into this idea of freezer meals. If I can do one month's worth of cooking in a day then I'm in! I thought this book had a lot of interesting, tasty looking recipes that I'm eager to try. Very helpful for me and my family as we are always on the go and don't have time for during the week .We can save the fancy stuff for the weekend when all we do is watch TV, relax and have time for 3 course meals. This is a great go-to resource book for favorite recipes. With a little bit of organization, the time saving realized by using freezer foods is well worth the effort.

This is one of the best cookbooks out there! My wife and I are now looking to prepare more meals at home and eat out less. I have been buying lots of cookbooks and healthy recipes (juicing and smoothies). I love the pictures of the food in this book, I don't eat meat (beef, pork, chicken...etc) but the pictures had my mouth watering! This book have clear and easy to understand ingredients and instructions, you can tell; the author is a professional cook! I appreciated the vegetarian dishes.This book has something for everyone, I highly recommend it and really enjoyed reading it!
