About the Author Sharon Anderson spent 25 years in the fitness industry as a fitness trainer and nutritionist. While she thoroughly enjoyed helping people feel better and become healthier, God clearly showed her a new career path—that of author. She left fitness and dedicated herself to writing her first book, God Speaks: Are You Listening? She hopes God will continue to work through her to encourage others to seek God and the purpose for their lives. Sharon is married to John, a wonderful, God-fearing man, who is her best friend and biggest supporter. She is a mother of two children, a son and daughter, who currently live near her in St. Louis, Missouri. She is blessed to be a “Nana” to five beautiful granddaughters and spends as much time with them as possible. She loves to nurture the relationship with each one and hopes to leave a legacy with them of putting God first in their lives. Sharon has experienced God’s loving hand in her life for the past 14 years and the experiences have been life-changing. She loves sharing “God stories” and plans on writing more books to help others understand how real He is in their lives and how He speaks with them daily. Some of her hobbies are walking, biking, hiking and yoga. She loves the outdoors and cooking. She also has a passion for interior decorating and has renovated their last three homes. She is always ready to travel with her husband, especially to places where they can volunteer and fulfill a need in caring for others as witnesses for God. They have taken several mission trips to Mexico and Africa and feel it is such a blessing to minister to others for God. They also enjoy recreational travel to small, quaint towns and mountainous surroundings. They both feel a sense of God in all of creation, but most especially in nature.

By Gigi I purchased this book & planned to read it as I would devotionals; a little bit each day. I couldn't put it down once I started & read the whole thing. It's a soul-bearing, inspirational book about faith & sacrifice throughout the writer's life. I related to it very well.This book would be a great gift for someone who is facing health issues or any obstacle.
