3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Must Read By Paula C. Please read books 1-3 first, not required but you should not cheat yourself of the excellent stories. I stumbled upon this author and series one Sunday and was disappointed when book 3 ended with only a promise of book 4. The story of Laura and Mel is a great one of love at first sight, followed by love and happiness, then the inevitable temptation, failing the one you love, and finally forgiveness. Redemption is a theme for this book. Meeting Laura and Mel and experiencing their love is worth the read. A side note to anyone who has shied away from kindle unlimited books due to editing and such, there is only one other author I have read recently that was edited as well and that is J. A. Armstrong. Without the benefits of a large publisher behind her, Ms. Rose is producing a very quality product. You cheat yourself if you do not read her books

Always well developed characters, attention to detail that stimulates all five senses, a complicated story line, and hope in an otherwise trying world. The story between Laura and Mel will leave you believing in and betting on love.Even though this is the fourth book in the series, the story never stalls, the plot never become monotonous, and you never wish for it to end.From the first page in this series you are transported into the lives of complex, funny, and perfectly imperfect women and as you follow along on their journey, they quickly become your dear friends!As with anything else AK Rose writes, this story is well worth every minute you spend reading it- Always.

They have real depth. The dialogue was emotionally charged and easy to follow. Dynamic opening and well-thought out plot. Looking forward to what is next from author: A K Rose.
