This book is a "WOW" I have never seen such a best deal on Amazon in here. This book gives a lot of recipes that abide by the Paleo lifestyle. It has great tips and delicious easy to prepare recipes. The Paleo Diet also known as the Caveman Diet and Stone Age Diet has helped many people achieve a better quality of life through greatly enhanced health and looks. This book contains great tasting and healthy Paleo lunch recipes to help you not just lose weight, be healthy, and feel great but also do it deliciously. Now I have the dishes I need in all meals and occasions all written in a way that is very easy to understand. It’s such a big help! By Brian Michael Good, Writer - Entrepreneur The basic eating rules explained in this book of Paleo lunch recipes were very simple: low fat, fresh vegetables and fruits, cut out refined sugar and salt, with an emphasis meat, fish, roots, and nuts. I found these Paleo lunch recipes to be a balanced low-fat cooking approach to weight loss that should help get high insulin resistance under control. The Paleo lunch gave me sufficient energy to get me through the day. The author and book delivered what was promised and recipes motivated me to eat healthy.
